Eight years as a professional hairdresser sharpened his aesthetic eye and taught him that the best results come from truly listening to what clients want. He learned that brilliance is in the details — and that philosophy carries into every lighting design.

Now, with Arlan LLC, Dylan combines both worlds: the precision of construction with the artistry of design. Every property is a canvas, and every installation is a masterpiece.

Named after our teacup chihuahua with a personality bigger than any property we've lit. Arlan is the heart and soul of the brand — always on-site (in spirit), always keeping the crew motivated, and always looking adorable in gold.

You'll find him on our merch, on the website, and occasionally supervising job sites from the comfort of a warm blanket. Don't let the size fool you — this chihuahua means business.
